Cradle to Cradle® for Kids

Rinus van den Berg is an industrial and architectural designer with over 30 years’ experience in product design. Sustainability is a central theme in his work. At DSM he was involved in many different product development projects for architectural, automotive, medical and packaging applications. He currently teaches industrial design at the Architecture Building and Planning faculty of Eindhoven University of Technology (Netherlands).

In this book we show how we can improve the quality of the stuff around us. We can do this by using the right materials to prevent pollution by toxic materials. We need to be able to recycle things by using the materials they contain to make new stuff and by returning nutrients in materials back to the earth. This way of making and using is called Cradle to Cradle®.
